Three ways in
01
By air
East London (ELS) is the closest airport, about 45 minutes away, with daily flights from Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. We can arrange a transfer — ask reception when you book.

By road
Take the N2 to the Chintsa turn-off and follow the signs down Chintsa East Road. The last stretch is gravel but fine in any car. There’s parking on site.

By backpacker bus
Buccaneers has been a stop on the backpacker route since the nineties. Tell your driver you’re getting off at Chintsa and let us know your arrival time.
